It is for the designers to create the aesthetics and the functionality of the product in due accordance with the needs and desires of the customers. Design processes assess the challenges and propose solutions by understanding the needs of the customers, building information from a myriad of sources and using it in a meaningful manner (Rutter, 2008). Thus, designers have a big role in the successful functionality of a new product or strategy developed by a company.
