Ideally, the country has a form of government that is very rare in most countries in the world, and it is called the federal representative democratic constitutional monarchy. Under such form of government, the king is the head of state, and the prime minister comes in as the head of the government. Executive powers in the country are the responsibilities of the federal government and the 13 state governments (Bor ner, Brunetti Weder, 2016). The judiciary is or rather operates independent of the executive and the legislature but the two are responsible for the appointment of judges into the judiciary. The countrys constitution modified in such a way that it operates on codes and these are all regulated by the Westminster system. This makes the citizens to be subjected to inadequate information. Therefore, for someone not living in the country, he/she may not understand this.
